Overall OK with nice included breakfast. But plumbing from nearby rooms was very noisy.

very clean and modern room, the cleaning person came everyday. 24 hour front desk and all of them are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. . the only downside is it's more of a business neighborhood but being next to Gare de Lyon a short ride to most tourist destinations.

Great hotel, lovely and clean, very comfortable beds and great shower. Only gripe I would have is there are no English TV channels and also a kettle in the room would have been lovely to make a drink.

Great Location and clean rooms. Polite and Pleasant staff. Breakfast menu could be a bit more vast with variety and change of menu.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were made to feel very welcome from the minute I called to say we were going to be checking in passed midnight. The rooms were extremely clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If we were to visit Paris again we would definitely stay here.

Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, friendly people - everything perfect. (Apart from some drunken tourists who tried to open the door to our room in the early morning... - maybe it would help if the rooms had names or colours...)

The hotel is renewed and the rooms are nice. We have stayed at the second floor. Saturday morning we were woked up by the terrible sound of constructors (knocking, whistling, shouting...). When we got back from walk we saw that the window was left opened by the cleaning lady and it was very cold in the room. There was an airconditioner and we asked to turn it on, but the boy at the reception told us that it is supposed to work only in the summer.
